Privacy notice

Short version: I collect what is needed to build your report, I do not sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What I collect and why

• Your answers. Used to produce the report you asked for.
• Your name, email and organization. Used to address the report and send you the link.
• A website address, if you gave one. Used to fetch publicly available pages for analysis.
• A one-way hash of your IP address. Used only to limit abuse of the scanner. I do not store the address itself.

How long I keep it

• Leads and answers: 24 months.
• Fetched page content: 7 days. I keep test results, not copies of other people's websites.
• Uploaded files: 90 days.
• Report links: 90 days.

Marketing

Opt-in only, and unticked by default. Declining has no effect on your report. Report delivery and marketing are recorded as separate consents.

Automated analysis

Where a report includes a scan, I fetch publicly available pages only. I never log in, never submit forms, never bypass a paywall and never scan private dashboards. My scanner identifies itself as TrueBizDesignsBot/1.0 (+https://truebizdesigns.com/bot).

AI

Report findings are produced by my own software. An AI model may be used to rewrite the summary in plainer language, working only from findings our software already generated. It cannot add, remove or alter a finding, score or price.

Getting your data deleted

Email hello@truebizdesigns.com and ask. I will delete everything associated with your email address and confirm in writing.
